• Quality Assurance: All OEM CPUs are thoroughly tested before shipping and come with a 21-day warranty for replacement. Please note, there are no cancellations or returns accepted for these parts.
• Compatibility Check: Please verify your system requirements carefully before ordering CPUs to ensure compatibility.
• Dual-CPU Servers: If you are using the CPU in a dual-CPU server or machine, it is essential to match the SL code of the new CPU with your existing CPU. Contact us if you need assistance with matching SL codes.
• SL Codes: All Intel CPUs are designated by a Step code or SL code, a 5-digit alphanumeric code found on the CPU itself. To run dual CPUs in one machine, their SL codes must match.
• Brand Specific Requirements: If you have a branded computer (e.g., HP, Dell, IBM), you must provide us with a HeatSink part number. Otherwise, we will ship a generic heatsink if you order one from us.
