- Memory Comments: This system supports Registered ECC (RDIMM) or Load Reduced (LRDIMM) memory. Mixing RDIMM and LRDIMM is not supported within this system. If only one processor is installed, only 12 DIMM slots are available. When populating with two processors 24 DIMM slots are available. Depending on the memory configuration and processor model, the memory speed may run at 1600MHz, 1333MHz or 1066MHz. See latest ProLiant QuickSpecs for processor models and supported memory speeds. Using LRDIMMs: any configuration up to 768GB can be reached using any combination of 32GB Load Reduced DIMMs in groups of four. Using ECC Registered DIMMs: any configuration up to 384GB can be reached using 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, and 16GB modules in groups of four.
