However, if you are having problems with a memory upgrade that you ordered, you will need to give us some more information before you can continue.

In our 19 years of supplying memory upgrades the most common reason for upgrades not working is incompatiblity of chips, and older bios not accepting the newer kinds of chips.

Please try and provide us with as much of the information you can before continuing on. This will help us match your existing module with a proper upgrade. If you do not have all the information, its okay, provide as much information as you can, and our support staff will research and work with you to arrive at a solution for you.
