THE PRODUCTS MAY, HOWEVER BE COVERED BY EACH MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, SERVICE, AND SUPPORT POLICY (IF PRESENT). MEMORY4LESS ASSIGNS AND PASSES TO THE CUSTOMER ANY WARRANTY FROM THE MANUFACTURER, AND CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT SHALL HAVE RECOURSE ONLY UNDER SUCH WARRANTY AND ONLY AS AGAINST THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS. MEMORY4LESS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING FROM STATUE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH THE SITE OR DELIVERED BY THE COMPANY ARE SOLD "AS IS" OR "WITH ALL FAULTS". THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THESE ITEMS IS WITH THE BUYER. SHOULD ANY OF THESE ITEMS PROVE DEFECTIVE, DO NOT FUNCTION, OR FUNCTION IMPROPERLY IN ANY WAY FOLLOWING THEIR PURCHASE, THE BUYER, AND NOT THE MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR, OR MEMORY4LESS ASSUMES THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR REPAIR.

Under no circumstances Memory4less be liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, special, punitive, consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the sale, installation, use, operation, service or repair of any product whether based on breach of warranty or contract, strict liability, negligence or otherwise, whether or not Memory4Less shall have been advised as to the possibility or reason of any such potential loss or damage.

Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated technology is not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is no longer available on the common market as a new product.
