Credit Card:
- Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that your bank has on file. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
- If the shipping address and billing address is different and the order value exceeds $150, we may require you to fax a signed form authorizing us to ship your order to that particular address. You will be notified via email or phone, should we require any additional information from you.
- For your protection, we check all credit cards for potential fraud.
Purchase Orders:
- We accept Purchase Orders from Schools, Colleges and Universities. We also accept Purchase orders from Defence Dept's, Defence Contractors, Federal, State and Local agencies, Fortune 1000 corporations.
- A credit application form must be submitted and approved before purchase orders can be accepted. Please contact customer service for a copy of this form.
- The net terms for approved accounts may be "Net 10", "Net 15" or “Net 30” depending on the creditworthiness of the customer. Please call our sales representatives to help you set up an account at 1-800-821-3354. You will need to send us your current bank and trade references along with your company purchase order.
Wire Transfer:
- Orders from all countries are accepted.
- There is no limit for the amount of the order.
- Wire transfers are released for shipment upon verification of "Good Funds" from our bank. This may at times take up to 10 working days. Product availability may be affected by this delay.

PayPal:
- Please contact a Sales representative at 1-800-821-3354 to obtain the email address for our PayPal account.
- When paying by eCheck, the eCheck must clear before the shipment is released. Product availability may be affected by this delay.
Check:
- Cashier's checks, money orders, personal checks, business checks -The order will be processed upon the check been cleared. This generally takes up to 10 business days. Product availability may be affected by this delay.
