Order Acknowledgment/Acceptance
 

Submission of an order, and/or receipt of an order confirmation, is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. Memory4Less reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including but not limited to, the unavailability of a product or errors in pricing and/or product descriptions on this website. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site, including Memory4Less' terms and conditions of sale.

Order Cancellation
  • To cancel an order you must call us at 1-800-821-3354 during Memory4Less’s normal business hours to request an order cancellation.
  • We will not accept cancellation of orders by email, fax, or voicemail.
  • We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed.
  • Please be aware that if you are canceling an order that is not on backorder, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

Backorders
Due to product popularity or scarcity, Memory4Less may not always have all advertised items in stock. In such an event that an item is not in-stock, your order will be placed on backorder, and shipped as soon as the item becomes available. Memory4Less will attempt to contact you if this is the case, and you may choose to cancel a backorder anytime prior to shipping by contacting Memory4Less customer service at 800-821-3354.
 
What is your Order Cancellation Policy?
 

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been entered and you have received an order confirmation number, we can only cancel an order if the item is on backorder status. To request cancellation of a backorder, you must call our Customer Service Department at 800-821-3354 Monday - Friday 9:30AM to 5:00Pm (PST). You will have to provide the order number to the customer service staff. Please be aware that if you are cancelling an order that is not on backorder and is in process a restocking fee of 20% may apply.

All refused packages will be returned to stock and charged a 20% restocking fee or a minimum of $25 whichever is greater.

Although you have clicked the final submit button on our site and a confirmation page has not shown up, it is likely that your order was still processed. If you wish to inquire about your order, be sure to contact our Customer Deparment at 1-800-821-3354
 
I may have accidentally placed my order more than one time. What should I do about this?
 
Make sure you contact our Customer Department at 1-800-821-3354 and report this to us. We will be happy to void the duplicate orders so long as they have not been invoiced nor shipped. If the excess orders have been shipped, you must first acquire the tracking numbers of all undesired orders before calling FedEx to cancel the incoming shipment. Once Memory4less.com recovers these items, you will be refunded.
 
Is it possible to view the status of my order online?
 
Currently, we do not have a system for checking order status online. We are working on making this available very soon.
 
Is it possible to edit a recently placed order?
 
To alter or amend a submitted order, you must call our Customer Department at 1-800-821-3354. If an order has already been processed, then it will be impossible to edit the order. Furthermore, orders cannot be nullified or cancelled once shipped.
 
How long does it take to process an order?
 
Most of our orders are processed on the same day the orders are placed. Depending on the order, processing can take up to five business days.
 
What do you advise I do if an item is not present in my order when I receive it?
 
You must first make sure that you have received corresponding tracking numbers that associate with your whole box of orders. If you have received all parcels, yet there seems to be something missing, be sure to call our Customer Support Department at 714-821-3354.
 
What would happen if I ordered an item that is out-of-stock?
 
If an item is out of stock, we will attempt to obtain the item for you without any delay. If the item cannot be obtained, a member of our team will contact you by email or phone to notify you of the situation.
 
Is it possible to use a voided or cancelled order?
 
No, it is not possible. Once your order has been voided or cancelled, you will have to re-order your items.
 
If I wish to save on shipping expenses, may I merge two different orders together?
 
If you call use before we are able to process the orders, we will be able to cancel the orders and place items you wish to purchase into a separate order. Keep in mind that if an order is processed, we will not be able to perform this service.
 
Does Memory4less.com have a paper catalog?
 
No. Our one and only catalog is our online catalog.

We request our customers to first call ahead or place their order on the Memory4Less.com website. Once you have placed the order please call us and one of our representatives will agree with you a convienient pickup time. We will prepare your order and have it ready for pickup by the time you arrive.

How can I check the status of my order?
 
You can contact us for order status by calling us at (800) 821-3354 and pressing 0 for the operator. However, we ask that you please be patient. Some orders take longer to process than others, and it may take up to 48 hours before an order is processed and shipped. Please allow us this time before you call us for order status.
 
I could not find a product on your web site.
