  When I place them memory modules in the system the system BEEPS?
  When I install my memory, I get an error saying the memory is incompatible, please replace with memory 40ns or faster?
 
 
When I place them memory modules in the system the system BEEPS?
 
The memory may simply not be seated in the slot correctly. Remove the memory, then replace it, making sure that the tabs snap to the sides of the module. If this still happens, try switching the memory into different slots. If this fails, install the memory one module at a time. This can isolate the problem to a particular memory module that may be causing the problem.

Some systems that use Rambus(RDRAM) memory, use an Intel 850E chipset which requires the use of 40ns (nanosecond) memory, as opposed to the more common 45ns speed. The most common system that uses this type of memory is the Dell Dimension 8200. Please contact our RMA department for obtaining the correct memory.
